Products Description
Tpo reinforced underground waterproofing membrane integrate the performance advantage of EPDM and PVC membrane, weather-resistance, low temperature resistance, hot weldable. TPO waterproof membrane keeps high rubber elasticity at normal temperature and plasticity at high temperature. No pollution, easily applied.
The Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof membranes are the most popular waterproof materials in the world at present. It's thermoplastic elastomeric waterproof materials by adopting advanced polymerization together with squeeze technology,which perform well in mechanical properties, high tensile strength,oxidation-resistance and resistance to puncture.

Colours

Advantages:

Scope of Application:
1. The waterproofing of the Industrial or civil construction's roof, including the planting roof, flat roof, sloping roof.
2. Waterproofing of the underground building: Including reservoirs, dams, canals, and all parts of the basement water seepage.
3. Tunnel, granary, civil air defense projects, garbage landfills, and other man-made lake.
Operation points:
Generally, heat the jointing with the hot air or electric heating with hot air or welding by electricity. Waterproof construction of complex parts can be used matching PVC special accessories.
Construction technology:
1. Tunnels, bridges should use polmer sheet welding lap joints. Firstly, pre-paved polymer sheet side of polymer self-adhesive composite waterproof membrane toward the base, and fix it with dedicated pieces of machine, double lap weld seam welding machine should be used for lap joints. Tear off insulation paper, band reinforced concrete directly, self-adhesive waterproof membrane will adhere to the main body of concrete structure closely to achieve full adhesion.
2. General building underground projects should use self-adhesive overlap method. Basement bottom: pre-laying the membrane on cushion firstly(polymer sheet face down), tear off reserved isolation paper of lap joints self-adhesive side and can be sealed when paste directly; tear off isolation paper of self-adhesive waterproof layer, structural concrete, the membrane will anti-stick to the concrete structure to form dense waterproof system.
3. Basement side wall, Surface of concrete slabs for planting: attach the self-adhesive material side to the base surface directly, tear off reserved isolation paper of lap joints self-adhesive side. Side wall shall be fixed with dedicated pieces of machine.
4. Half header treatment:Wether horizontal half header or vertical half header, which should be sealed with sealant, membrane in the elevation without groove half header, it shall be fixed with metal straps firstly, then seal the top hole of metal straps and fixed screw with sealant.
Cautions:
1. Do not put the membrane on a pollution, water and ice ground.
2. Construction of waterproof layer operations can't be crossed, device shall be installed on the waterproof layer, parts should be done to strengthen the basis of device and to take protective measures.
3. Do not touch the waterproof layer with thorn sharp objects after it's has been completed, don't put sundries or any additional buildings above the waterproof layer to avoid damaging it.
